The trip begins in Minneapolis on the evening of 8 May with an overnight flight to Inverness. After arriving the morning of the 9th, the group drives north to the storied cathedral town of Dornoch on the Dornoch Firth, where five nights will be spent based at a private VRBO rental.
We begin with 9 holes at Portmahomack to settle into Scotland. Royal Dornoch — consistently ranked among the finest links courses in the world — anchors the first half of the trip with four rounds across two days. Day trips take in Golspie and Brora, two hidden gems of the Sutherland coast. The second half of the trip moves south to Aberdeen for a memorable jacket-and-tie lunch and afternoon round at Royal Aberdeen, followed by a day at the spectacular Cruden Bay before the flight home on 16 May.
